I am a 4th-year Ph.D. candidate in Public and Urban Policy at The New School for Social Research. My research examines new forms of social policy and urban development in Latin America and the Global South, with a particular focus on the role of care infrastructure—such as kitchens, laundromats, and community gardens—in reshaping urban governance systems. My work takes an interdisciplinary approach that integrates policy analysis, urban development, and feminist science and technology studies (FSTS).
I hold a BA in Design (2017) and a Master in Public Policy (2020) from Universidad de Los Andes, Colombia, and an MPhil (2024) from The New School.
